What is your company and who are your customers?

I am a UX Researcher. My current clients are Wells Fargo, Penn State, York University and two start ups in health and wellness. I’m also providing strategic insight to a new Fort Mill autism non profit.

What’s your past life? How did skills and background that got you here to where you are?

In past lives (and current) I have worked as a college professor and as an artistic director and as an award-winning playwright. I still work as an ethnographer for a classical Odissi artist in Charlotte named Kaustavi Sarkar. The arts are very important to me.

Other than your work, what are you most passionate about?

I’m passionate about providing strategy, insight, research, and design for businesses focused on empowerment, wellness, the arts, and higher education. I’m particularly focused and have expertise in emerging, futurist technologies. I like to help people prepare for disruptions and innovations.

I produce and am featured on several podcasts so I love the multimedia creative environment at LOOM.
