While events at LOOM are in full swing, please note the following COVID related changes:

  • Tours will only be held by appointment Mon-Fri from 7:30-8:30am or 4:30-5:30pm (no drop-ins allowed). Video call tours also available.
  • All tour visitors must wear face masks and no one under the age of 13 may accompany renter. 
  • Space capacities may vary from any previously published maximums based on layout, activities and any current distancing guidelines. 
  • Due to rescheduled events and new demand, dates cannot be held without deposit and contract.

 

LOOM reserves the right to refuse rental to any group or individual. We are a Christian owned company and a facility that serves as the brick and mortar for several ministries. Religious groups or individuals requesting facility use must affirm that their beliefs and planned uses are consistent with our community’s faith as practices contrary to our biblical based faith would have a negative impact on the message that we and our partner churches strive to promote.
