        Our offices are open for coworking and event tours (by appointment) and mail pickup 8am-5pm Monday through Friday. Coworking members and event hosts have extended access hours.

        LOOM has two facilities in historic downtown Fort Mill, close to many shops, restaurants and service providers.

        • At 120 Academy St. you will find our professional Coworking spaces, meeting rooms, and our largest event space, The Gallery@LOOM (Red brick building on left).
        • At 118 Academy St. you will find a range of meeting, event and teaching spaces as well as the podcast studio at The Studios@LOOM (Beige brick building on the right).

        There are a wide range of free parking choices including lots behind and beside our facility, municipal lots, Railroad Ave. and corner church overflow lots (when available).

        For weekday events in the Studio – Guests should park in the front lot facing the street. Please do not park behind the red line (reserved for coworking members and guests) or the spots directly in front of our business neighbors on the right. Hosts, please ensure your guests know they are coming to 118 Academy (beige brick on right).

        For after hours events in either building – Please check with your host as to allocated event parking and options.

        ATTENTION: During many downtown events, Main Street is closed to cars so guests will have to take detours. This will NOT affect your allotted parking! See these maps for suggested alternate routes (Academy St runs parallel to Confederate Ave). 

        Have you scheduled a tour? – When touring, only yourself and a coworker or spouse should be present. Please do not bring babies or children with you to avoid disrupting our members who may be working.
