What’s your bio?

I am a Hickory, NC native. Moved to Charlotte for college. Ended up in Tega Cay on a business venture taking over a Subway Franchise. Sold the franchise but could never leave Tega Cay now. I have a wonderful wife and two beautiful children.

Education?  The University of North Carolina @ Charlotte

Sports? My favorite sport is Hockey.

What is your company and who are your customers?

Next Level Technician. We are a premier services organization in the Carolinas. We provide technician staffing for Contractors in the voice and data space. We will also be rolling out a few new services this year to include equipment rentals.

How did your company start? 

I started NLT 2 years ago after seeing the labor shortage in the trades. I was volunteering with a youth organization and thought if I could provide some training for these young kids, I may be able to help bridge that gap.

What do you do on a daily basis and why?

Write/Read/Workout. Life can get too crazy with work. You need at least 1-2 hours of personal time to get things into perspective and take care of yourself.

What’s your past life? How did skills and background that got you here to where you are?

I started in the cabling industry in distribution and that’s how I met most of my contacts.

What are some new customers you are targeting and new services being offered?

We are always looking for new contractors in the voice and data space. On the flip side, we are also looking for help in finding fresh new talent that would like to learn a trade.


What are your personal and professional goals?

To build an organization based on trust, honesty and transparency.

Other than your work, what are you most passionate about?


Why did you initially come to LOOM?  We weren’t ready to pull the trigger on our own office space just yet and love the flexibility LOOM provides.
