New Fort Mill event venue, opening in May!

As we are preparing to open the doors at the new LOOM Coworking, I wanted to reach out to you and let you know of a new special events venue coming online. I hope that you will consider it for any of the upcoming events you coordinate.

The Gallery@LOOM is available for rental to private groups that support the arts and business community, support the LOOM mission, support the economic growth of downtown Fort Mill, or have a direct impact on the growth of LOOM and its members. We really want to be a positive impact in the community by giving groups and events a place to congregate. Our changing exhibits of original, regional art will make a stunning backdrop for your event.

During the month of May, the space is available for rent 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m., seven days a week. Suring the summer, the space will be available in the evenings and on weekends. Come fall, the community will be relocating to a new building, with the event space doubling in size!

The Gallery@LOOM is approximately 725 sf plus bathrooms, fountain area, etc. The maximum capacity for the space is 49 per code. 24-30 lightweight chairs and 12 training style tables, mobile marker boards, plus a few lounge pieces are available for use. The space contains non-slip resilient flooring, a full length dance mirror, and a space for check-in or DJ stand.
