Who is Christina Tracy? I was born and raised in northeast Ohio. My family—my husband and our two boys, ages 9 and 5—just moved back after spending a few years near Cleveland. We’re a pretty active bunch who love being outdoors, traveling, and are always ready for our next adventure.
I grew up playing all kinds of sports—basketball, softball, and volleyball were my go-tos. But my favorite pastime hobby is definitely horseback riding! I’m excited to get back into it and plan to add it back into the mix in 2025.
I completed both my undergraduate and graduate degrees at The Ohio State University, where I focused on research, public health, and zoonotic diseases. Go Bucks!
Describe your company and who are your customers? The STR Host Company helps property owners turn their homes into successful short-term rentals with tailored Airbnb management services, from revenue optimization and strategic marketing to security measures. Each property is treated as a unique business, with hands-on revenue management, customized marketing plans, and tools to maintain security and growth. For clients wishing to self-manage, we also offer consulting services across the U.S., providing insights into best practices and strategies to maximize property income and guest satisfaction.
Other than your work, what are you most passionate about? Leading with a heart of service in everything I do! Donating resources and time to support women and children in need.
What brought you to LOOM and how do you feel you have benefited from coworking? We are in between homes right now and I needed an orderly space to be able to work! I’m still new to the group but I love everything about the workspace, the people, and I LOVE the location (nothing better than a short walk for coffee on a gorgeous fall day)!
