Who is Oliver Green? Born and raised in Memphis, TN, the home of the Blues and the birthplace of Rock ‘n’ Roll, I was shaped by a rich cultural heritage and strong family values. After completing high school and receiving my real estate license, I met my wife in Holly Springs, Mississippi, where she was a hairstylist. Our connection and my business consulting travels led us to Fort Mill, where we built our family, which includes our 9-year-old energetic, curious son who loves to swim, our 20-year-old daughter, a former competitive cheerleader and dedicated mother, and our 15 year-old Shih Tzu. Our family also includes our future son-in-law and grandson. Our family enjoys traveling together, embracing every adventure. 

How did your company start? My career began in real estate in Memphis, but the 2007-2008 financial crisis shifted my path. Recently, as a Business Consultant for well known financial institutions, I’ve reignited my entrepreneurial spirit, leading to my current business ventures, A New Leaf Home Care LLC. Navigating family and business isn’t easy, but through it all, my family’s love and support have been unwavering.

Describe your company and who are your customers?  At our non-medical in-home care agency, we are passionate about helping seniors and adults with disabilities live independently. Our services include light housekeeping, personal care such as bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, mobility assistance, transfers, and feeding. We serve clients who seek compassionate, reliable support to maintain their independence and well-being. Our mission is to provide personalized care that respects, values, and empowers each individual we assist.  

What brought you to LOOM and how have you benefited from coworking? When I set out to become a Medicaid provider, finding a cost-effective yet compliant business location was crucial. Most spaces demanded high rents that didn’t align with my budget. It was during this search that I discovered LOOM, as another provider was using the address. I found that I could meet all regulatory requirements with the address and access to conference rooms for a reasonable annual fee. This decision not only saved me from financial strain but also allowed me to focus on growing my agency. It’s clear that choosing LOOM was a game-changer for my business’s sustainability and growth.
